By booking our services, you (“Guest”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.


BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (deposit or full amount).
  • The person making the booking is responsible for the accuracy of all provided information.
  • Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required.
  • The remaining balance must be settled prior to the service.
  • Availability and prices are subject to change until payment is received.

OUR SERVICES

We provide private tours, transfers, and bespoke experiences curated by local experts.

We reserve the right to adjust elements of a service where necessary due to:

  • weather conditions
  • safety reasons
  • operational requirements

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are required to:

  • provide accurate booking details
  • arrive on time
  • follow safety instructions from drivers, skippers, and guides
  • respect local customs, environment, and service providers

Failure to comply may result in termination of the service without refund.


CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • weather conditions
  • safety concerns
  • transport disruptions

In such cases:

  • an alternative service or new schedule will be offered, or
  • a refund will be provided where applicable

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third parties.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service and will be specified at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

Experiences / tailor-made services:

  • 60+ days: 25% retained
  • 59–40 days: 50% retained
  • 39–30 days: 75% retained
  • 29 days or less: 100% retained

Transfers:

  • Up to 72 hours before: free cancellation
  • 72–48 hours: 50%
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100%

Boat transfers:

  • Up to 8 days before: free cancellation
  • 7–5 days: 30%
  • 4–3 days: 50%
  • 2–0 days or no-show: 100%

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


REFUNDS

  • No refunds will be issued for unused services once the service has started.
  • If the agency cancels a service, a full refund or alternative will be offered.

LIABILITY

We act as an organiser or intermediary depending on the service.

We are not liable for:

  • acts or omissions of third-party providers
  • delays caused by transport providers or external factors
  • loss, injury, or damage beyond our control
  • force majeure events

Where applicable, liability is limited in accordance with Croatian law.


INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain:

  • travel insurance
  • health insurance
  • insurance for personal belongings

COMPLAINTS

Guests must report any issues immediately during the service.

Written complaints must be submitted within 8 days to:

A written response will be provided within 15 days.


DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of service delivery and communication, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Croatian law.

The competent court is in Split, Croatia.
